For the smiles and fulfillment of everyone we work with. Felicitas — Renidentia — Felidentia.
Our name is a Latin coinage combining Felicitas (happiness) and Renidentia (smile). Founded on 11 April 2017 with the aspiration that everyone connected to our work should live a fulfilled, smiling life.
"Every person's vision is precious; the possibilities are infinite."
Felidentia Capital takes its name from the Latin Felicitas (happiness) and Renidentia (smile). Founded on 11 April 2017 on the sole criterion that "everyone we work with should live a fulfilled, smiling life," this conviction has remained unshaken through nine years of operation and anchors every decision we make.
Today we operate as an independent holding company concentrated in four fields — M&A, Manufacturing, Medical & Dental, and AI. From desktop 3D printing to industrial metal LPBF distribution, from digital dental workflows to battle-tested AI implementation and strategic group M&A — none of these are short-lived trends. Each is patient, long-term work contributing to the structural fabric of Japanese industry.
Because we are funded entirely by our own capital, our decisions are guided not by quarterly pressure but by the horizon of decades. Standing as operators on the ground and as capital allocators with quiet discipline, we will continue to build the next 10, 30, and 100 years alongside our people, partners, and customers — and everyone further down that chain. Under the ethos of "be smile, be happy," we sincerely appreciate your continued guidance and support.
